About Heath Uppencamp
Mr. Uppencamp grew up in Jasper, Indiana, and graduated from Jasper High School in 1998. He then graduated from Purdue University in 2002, double majoring in Psychology and Law & Society. Mr. Uppencamp was also a four-year letter winner as a pitcher for the Boilermaker Baseball Team. In 2005, he graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was active in the Sports Law Program and participated in the civil litigation clinic.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Uppencamp joined the Indianapolis-based firm of Krieg DeVault LLP. While at Krieg DeVault, Mr. Uppencamp devoted significant time to his work as an advisor and agent for amateur and professional baseball players. Mr. Uppencamp's legal practice at Krieg DeVault encompassed a variety of fields, including corporate and environmental litigation and product liability defense.
Mr. Uppencamp joined Heller, Holmes & Associates, P.C. in July of 2009. He practices extensively in the areas of personal injury litigation, wrongful death, real estate transactions, and estate planning and probate law.
